AMD to increase the production of AMD GPUs to tackle the shortage

AMD's Radeon 6000 series, the latest AMD Graphics cards in the market which were released to compete with Nvidia's latest RTX 3000 series, are similarly out of stock as demand for both AMD and Nvidia's Graphics card is very high, and as soon as new stocks come in the market, they get sold out in minutes, if not seconds. But AMD said that they will be ramping up production, although it won't solve the shortage of Graphics cards, at least more graphics cards will reach the consumers.
And as this news breakout in public, the demand for Radeon 6000 series GPU may even raise more, and also the fact that the first notebooks with RDNA 2 architecture will also be launched later this year. And also this will not be a quick tock up of GPUs as increasing the production will not be easy as TSMC, the manufacturing partner of AMD which manufactures the semiconductors is at 100%, and also the semiconductors not only go to consumer-grade graphics card production, they also go to CPU production and data center based graphics cards. And production cycle of a modern processor is around 3 months, so ordering a bulk of chips will not be shipped soon.
AMD's graphics revenue has increased in the first quarter by a strong double-digit percentage due to the success of the Radeon 6000 series GPU.
And also the graphics card are being sold at much higher prices than their MSRPs, due to supply and demand issues, and when the graphics card are meant to be sold at inexpensive prices they are in the market being sold at unreasonably high prices. So AMD hopes that the stock and prices will stabilize in upcoming months, as high prices make the sales of these graphics cards a difficult task.
So it may even be possible for you, the consumer to purchase an AMD Radeon 6000 series Graphics card, by the next year or so, at a fairly reasonable price, hopefully. And o the other hand Nvidia is also trying to produce as many RTX series graphics cards as possible, so maybe you can buy an Nvidia RTX 3000 series in next years, as things don't seem to calm down in this year in the GPU market, and as of now, GPUs are still hard to come by.
