Upcoming Nvidia's new Graphics card, 3080ti? What can we expect from it?

As by the rumors, Nvidia RTX 3080ti is well on its way to the market. And a lot of specs and information has appeared on the internet regarding this 3080ti.
According to X-Kom and IThome, we can expect 384-bit 12 GB GDDR6X VRAM from the 3080Ti, for comparison RTX 3080 has 320-bit 10 GB GDDR6X VRAM and will come with GA102 GPU.
Currently, RTX 3080 is marked as the best gaming graphics card with a price tag of $699 whereas 3080ti would feature more computing power but at a higher price, up to $1000, in a category of competing with RTX 3090, which is $1499.
The RTX 3080ti is expected to have 10,240 CUDA cores whereas the 3080 has 8,704 CUDA cores and the 3090 has 10,496 CUDA cores.

So, the 3080ti maybe will not throw 3080 off the Graphics cards market as the best to go due to the price tag, which is still a joke as none of the graphics cards are available in the market and nobody can get them for the price tag that they are meant to be.
It may surpass $1000 which makes it very expensive. Not a budget Graphics card for sure. But scalpers will sell it for double the price as like all the other Graphics cards it will be out of stock as soon as it steps into the market.

FIGHTING CRYPTOCURRENCY MINERS
All the graphics cards that came out, RTX 3060, RTX 3070, RTX 3080, RTX 3090, and also on the AMD graphics cards, all are out of stock. A lot of crypto miners are buying the stock in bulks, and to stop this Nvidia has attempted to stop miners from buying 3080ti by limiting its mining capabilities, like the RTX 3060.
Now according to Videocradz, the 3080ti would offer an ETH mining hash rate of 118.9 MH/s, now that is with the mining limitation turned off, so you might say, well how much is that, well the 3090 can do a hash rate of 120MH/s at its max. So what does that mean for the 3080ti, well its hash rate is a lot, like a lot, like literally a lot, which makes it one of the best graphics cards for crypto mining in the entire world without the limitations implemented by Nvidia. Yeah, that's not a piece of good news for gamers. So Nvidia will have to work on an "anti-mining" thing that cannot be cracked otherwise 3080ti will be out of stock within a second when it enters the market. 
Well, miners are not the only ones buying up the stock, scalpers, bots finish up the stock within seconds, so yeah that's not good either. So adding 3080ti to the mix won't change anything. Well but Nvidia is working to exceed supply for much of the year.
