Fortnite's Banana's nude character, becomes the focus of the Epic vs Apple trial.

Ladies and gentlemen, if you thought Epic v Apple trial couldn't get wilder than important documents of Epic's plans and spendings accidentally being leaked, well now Apple is after Fortnite's nude banana, well Peely, the naked banana skin, in a federal court.

Epic and Apple were back in court yesterday for week two of the trial, and a question came up, that is it appropriate to show the nude chest of Peely and also that whether or not Fortnite is for kids. 

The verge senior reporter Adi Robertson has been listening to the live audio feed from the courtroom and posting on Twitter. 

Epic lawyer: "There might have been an implication that showing Peely without a suit might have been inappropriate. [Lawyer shows a picture of naked Peely in court.] "Is there anything inappropriate about Peely without clothes?”

Weissinger: “It’s just a banana, ma’am."

 According to Robertson, this is what happened between Apple's lawyer and Epic marketing director Matthew Weisinger-

Apple lawyer: "We have a large yellow banana here, in a tuxedo?"

Weissinger: "Yes, that's Peely."

Apple lawyer: (After noting that Peely is wearing a suit) "We thought it was better to go with the suit instead of the naked banana because we are in federal court right now.”

After this act, Peely was not out of the scene this early, Epic Lawyer questioned Weisinger and Peely came up again-

Epic lawyer: "There might have been an implication that showing Peely without a suit might have been inappropriate." [Lawyer shows a picture of naked Peely in court.] "Is there anything inappropriate about Peely without clothes?”

Weissinger: "It's just a banana, ma'am."

Well, its unclear is it was It's just a banana ma'am or Its just a banana man, as the reporter in the courtroom apparently heard "man" and not "ma'am", well but whatever the stenographer wrote down will be the final word on it, so there's that.

Previously Apple's Lawyer took a hit on itch.io, which is available on Epic store, as itch.io has "offensive and sexualized" games such as, pointed out by Apple's Lawyer, Sisterly Lust, and other such titles which fall under the adult category of games, and now Peely, a naked banana. 

Now we expect the trial will be going on for the rest of the week, and once it's over the judge will make a decision and we will just have to wait to what will be happening next, well besides that, itch.io may get a bit of publicity out of it, if you know what I mean.
