Radeon RX 6600 and 6600XT's specifications shown in new leaks

A new leak has shed light on Radeon RX 6600 and 6600XT's specifications. Two GPU-Z screenshots were shared by a Chiphell Forum user.

The 6600 and 6600XT will be the first RDNA2 cards to use AMD's Navi 23 architecture, and they will be running on PCIe 4.0 x8. The 6600XT may arrive with 32 compute which is 2,048 cores units, 32 ray accelerators for ray tracing, and 32MB of infinite cache, with a 1,692MHz base clock and 2,684MHz boost clock.

Whereas the RX 6600, it may arrive with 28 compete CUs, which is 1,792 cores, 28 Ray Accelerators, and 32 MB Infinite cache like the XT. The clock speeds were not detected by the GPU-Z.

But both cards have 8GB of GDDR6 memory clocked at 16Gbpz, and with 128-bit memory, both the cards offer 256 Gbps of bandwidth.

This was also somewhat confirmed by the ASRock ECC filing for registering Radeon RX 6600XT and RX 6600.
